1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website located at rusia777.asia ("Platform"), operated by Rusia777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Rusia777 in respect of all services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, lottery products, and any associated promotional activities.

4. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with Rusia777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed by Rusia777 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by the Platform or communicated to the Platform by a responsible gambling programme.
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of alcohol, substances, or any condition that impairs your judgment to the extent that you cannot make rational decisions regarding wagering.
• Participation in online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether such prohibition applies to you.

5. Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials at all times. You must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number.
• Notify Rusia777 promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your Account security.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Not allow any other person to use your Account to place wagers or access the Services.

Rusia777 accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

6. Identity Verification (KYC)

Rusia777 operates under a Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance framework. The Company reserves the right to request documentary verification of any User's identity, age, residential address, and payment method ownership at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests.

Acceptable forms of identity documentation include:

• Malaysian National Registration Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back
• Malaysian Passport — photo page
• Government-issued photo identification acceptable at the Company's discretion
• Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming residential address (issued within the past 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of payment method ownership (e.g., e-wallet account name matching the registered Account)

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to the Company's satisfaction. The Company may suspend Account access pending verification. Providing false or misleading documentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

7. Deposits & Payments

Rusia777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian users: DuitNow QR, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, as well as online banking transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) are also accepted.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. The standard minimum deposit is RM30 unless a promotion specifies otherwise.
• Deposits are generally credited to the Account Balance instantaneously. Delays attributable to third-party payment processors are outside the Company's control.
• Rusia777 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges for which the Company bears no responsibility.
• The Company reserves the right to request verification of any deposit method before processing associated withdrawal requests.

8. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Account holders are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the conditions set out herein.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for the relevant payment method.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for verified Accounts is 1–10 minutes via DuitNow and major Malaysian e-wallets. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds have been fully satisfied.
• The Company may request additional KYC documentation prior to processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 or cumulatively within a 30-day period.
• Rusia777 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request deemed to present an elevated fraud risk.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Funds will only be released to an account held in the registered User's legal name.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers made available by Rusia777 are subject to this Agreement and any additional terms and conditions published alongside the specific promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Rollover") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The Rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion terms. Standard Rollover ranges from 10x to 25x.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While bonus funds remain active in the Account, the maximum permissible single bet or wager is RM250 (or such other amount as stated in the promotion terms). Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to Rollover requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% per bet wagered. Live dealer table games and certain other game categories may contribute 10–20% per bet. Game contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not utilised or wagered within the stipulated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the promotion terms. For example, a welcome bonus may cap withdrawable winnings at MYR 2,880 regardless of actual winnings generated.

• Rusia777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus funds already credited to Accounts will continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit promotional structures, including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic wagering patterns designed to circumvent Rollover requirements, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account closure.

10. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games offered on the Rusia777 Platform operate under their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game environment. The following general rules apply to all gameplay and wagering activity:

• All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Rusia777 does not manipulate outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round in question will be voided and any wager placed will be refunded to the Account Balance.
• Bets placed in error by the User cannot be cancelled once the game round has commenced. Users are responsible for verifying bet amounts prior to confirming wagers.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement. Where any such activity is identified, Rusia777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Account, void any associated wagers and winnings, and recover any funds withdrawn in connection with the prohibited activity:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or coordinating gameplay strategies to gain an unfair advantage over the house.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or misconfigured game settings.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gambling activity.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your name, or processing deposits on behalf of third parties.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing the Company's staff, agents, or other players through any channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, if you are aware or ought reasonably to be aware of such prohibition.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Rusia777 Platform, including but not limited to software, code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and all other materials ("Content"), is the exclusive property of Rusia777 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. No part of the Platform's Content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or reverse-engineered without the prior written consent of Rusia777.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rusia777, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit Rusia777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14. Responsible Gambling

Rusia777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviour, and we take this seriously. The following tools and resources are available to all registered Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through the Account settings panel.

15. Account Suspension & Closure

Rusia777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a stipulated timeframe following a formal request.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age or is otherwise ineligible to hold an Account.
• A voluntary closure request submitted by the Account holder via the support channel.
• Prolonged inactivity (exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login or wagering activity), in which case the Account may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative handling in accordance with applicable laws.

Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account holder via the most recently used payment method, subject to standard KYC verification being completed.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rusia777 holds its international gaming licence. The Company is not subject to Malaysian domestic civil law for the purposes of this Agreement.

In the event of a dispute regarding gameplay outcomes, account transactions, or this Agreement, Users should contact the Rusia777 Customer Support team in the first instance. The Company will investigate all formal complaints and respond within five (5) business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, the matter may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the procedures of that authority.

17. Amendments to These Terms

Rusia777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will endeavour to notify registered Account holders by email or via an in-platform notification at least five (5) days prior to the amended terms taking effect.

The most current version of this Agreement is always accessible on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.
